I was looking for someone who wasn’t focused on aesthetic purely but would help me, honestly, just improve my quality of life. In this extremely short amount of time I’m finally breaking decades long unhealthy relationships with food and exercise and finally starting to make it a part of a lifestyle – I’m eating clean and enjoying it, waking up and sleeping early (after years of poor sleep routines) and really enjoying moving again (which I couldn’t imagine coming out of COVID).
