She takes a… read more holistic approach to fitness and health – in other words fitness, sleep, nutrition, mental health – all of it. I was looking for someone who wasn’t focused on aesthetic purely but would help me, honestly, just improve my quality of life. In this extremely short amount of time I’m finally breaking decades long unhealthy relationships with food and exercise and finally starting to make it a part of a lifestyle – I’m eating clean and enjoying it, waking up and sleeping early (after years of poor sleep routines) and really enjoying moving again (which I couldn’t imagine coming out of COVID). Nikki designed and ran a 7 week ‘Build a Better Athlete’ program for girls 14-18 years to experience what it is like to train like an athlete as part of… read more the football (Soccer & Australian Rules) preseason at the Darebin Falcons. Under Nikki’s watchful eye the training and education sessions taught the girls how to improve strength & fitness, as well correct technique, fundamentals of movement and athlete self care. Nikki created the right balance between education and fun in this highly engaging and innovative program. We’d love to run it again!
