Our signature system incorporates Individualised & periodized training programs, education, nutrition & Habit based training to ensure that you have all the tools that you need to live a fit, happy & healthy lifestyle.


Individualised Training

Whether you do 1 on 1 PT, Shared PT or Group Training our coaches cater the session to you.

Women’s Strength Training

We will teach you how to lift with proper technique so that you can feel confident lifting weights, gain strength, be challenged in a supportive environment & strengthen your joints for life.

WIDE VARIETY OF CLASSES TO CHOOSE FROM

Group trianing sessions range from 30- 45 mins & include Boxing, Conditioning (Cardio), Mobility, Booty & Core and Run Club.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Whatever your goal may be, we ensure that you achieve it by keeping you accountable, providing you with the recourses that you require & supporting you on your journey of being the fittest, healthiest version of yourself.

NUTRITIONAL COACHING

Book in a consult with our resident Nutrtionist to learn how you can optimise your nutrition to get the results that you want without completely cutting any major food groups and still eating the foods that you enjoy

UNIVERSITY QUALIFIED COACHES

Our coaches are all univserity qualified to ensure we provide the best services.

NIKKI ELIAS

Nikki is a qualified strength and conditioning coach with 10+ years of experience working in the industry of high performance sport and helping individuals live a healthy lifestyle.

Her mission is to help individuals break through their fears and limiting beliefs that are preventing them from being the best version of themselves.
